How We Scope

Four things we insist on before a service starts

01

A named owner on both sides

Every service line has one accountable person here and one there. Shared ownership is how work stops without anyone noticing.

02

A written responsibility matrix

One accountable owner for every control, evidence source, response step and recovery decision. This is the most valuable artifact a deployment produces.

03

Evidence, not assertion

Conversion counts reconcile. Restores are performed. Test results are produced. Nothing is signed off because it looked right.

04

A retirement plan for anything temporary

Bridges, workarounds and legacy interfaces get an end date at the moment they are created, not when someone finally notices them.

Services are available independent of purchasing CPM or JPM.

Integration, reporting, document services, database services, and continuity planning are all available to courts independent of their current systems.
